About Me 

Becoming a naturopath is the best decision I’ve ever made— but it didn’t happen overnight. My lifelong health issues are the reason that I am so passionate and committed to this work,  because I know first hand how it feels like to struggle with health conditions. Before studying naturopathic medicine, my journey to health was an uphill battle. I suffered for most of my teenage years and adulthood with IBS, leaky gut, psoriasis, eczema, depression, brain fog, hay fever and insomnia. 

Today, I can finally understand how the body works. I feel connected to it and have learnt to listen to the subtle but also loud messages it sends me.My goal here is to guide and empower you with simple steps to attain optimal health and vitality. So you can worry less about your health and focus more on doing the things you love. 

Naturopathy uses gentle, non-invasive techniques to stimulate the body’s innate ability to heal. A number of these modalities include: 

  • Herbal medicine
  • Lifestyle counseling
  • Hydrotherapy
  • Food as medicine
  • Nutritional supplementation (if needed)
  • I aim to educate and inform. Because information is power. Knowing the cause of your symptoms, what you are feeling and why they happened in the first place -> this is what we call root cause medicine. Understanding the mechanics of why certain habits are important is key. Because, changing habits is not easy. Consistency is hard. But knowing why one habit can make you sick and another can make you healthy is the key.
